Noun - Countable & Uncountable




   Another Classification of Noun :--
 
  1. Countable Nouns
  2. Uncountable Nouns
 
  1. COUNTABLE NOUNS :--
 
     Countable Nouns are the names of objects, people etc. that we can count.
     e.g.:-- book, pen apple, boy, sister etc.

     Note:--
            
       . Countable Nouns have singular as well as plural forms.
       * Ten boys went to Delhi.
       * I eat one apple daily.

  2. UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS  :--


     Uncountable Nouns are the names of thing we can not count.
     e.g.:-- oil, sugar, gold, milk, honesty etc.

    Note:--
   
              . They mainly denote substances and abstract nouns.
              . They do not have plural forms.
